We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring clients for our Digital Marketing Training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and marketing, with a passion for driving growth in the education and training sector.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and convert clients for digital marketing training.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and corporate organizations, and build strong relationships to drive enrollment.
Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine marketing and sales approaches.
Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute digital and offline promotional campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
Customer Engagement & Retention: Maintain strong relationships with clients and alumni, ensuring high satisfaction and referrals.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in education, training, or digital marketing services.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and ability to market training programs effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
