Sales and Marketing Bulk SMS & Bulk WhatsApp - (Ora Mobile)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring and retaining clients for our Bulk SMS and Bulk WhatsApp services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong sales acumen and a passion for digital communication solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to attract businesses and organizations needing bulk messaging solutions.
Identify and engage potential clients across various industries (e.g., SACCOs, schools, real estate, retail, healthcare, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to optimize future strategies.
Train and guide junior sales representatives (if applicable) to enhance team performance.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in bulk SMS, bulk WhatsApp, or SaaS solutions.
Strong understanding of digital communication technologies and their applications for businesses.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to close deals effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office to manage leads, track sales, and generate reports.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
